An E1/E3-deleted, replication-defective, CAV-2 vector harbouring the EF1a promoter that leads to Flipase-inducible (FRT) Cre recombinase expression. The open reading frame is followed by an hGH polyA signal. The cassette is derived from plasmid #121675, Addgene.
